Places held provisionally for up to 7 days then released if no deposit paid. Final payments due 28 days prior to party night. All payments are non- refundable and non-transferrable. Party nights are strictly over 16 events. Festive party nights are shared events. Please note you may be seated on tables with a different party, based on party numbers. To ensure the best possible party atmosphere, all Christmas Party Nights are subject to minimum attendance levels. If ticket sales do not reach the required number, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Guests will be notified no less than 28 days before the event date and may choose between a full refund of all payments made or transferring their booking to another available Christmas Party Night. To qualify for the overnight stay discounts, this must be booked through the link which will be provided after purchasing tickets to the event. Alcohol may not be brought into or removed from any event at Hilton Liverpool City Centre. Should any alcohol be brought on property, this will be removed.
