Spa Facilities Swimming Pool · Spa Bath · Steam Room · Sauna Your Consultation Every treatment begins with a consultation, allowing your therapist to understand your preferences and tailor your treatment accordingly. Health & Wellbeing Please let our spa team know of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy or recent procedures that may affect treatment suitability. Pregnancy Our Specialist Care treatments are available during pregnancy from 12 weeks and post-pregnancy. Age Requirements Spa access is for guests aged 18 and over. Arrival We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your treatment to allow time to check in and prepare for your experience. Reservations
