TERMS & CONDITIONS YOUR BOOKING
• Full non -refundable prepayment required upon booking. • If you wish to keep an open tab throughout the event, a deposit will be required 14 days prior the event. • F&B Dietary requirements need to be confirmed 14 working days prior to the event. • All produce is prepared in an area where allergens are present. For those with allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements who may wish to know about the ingredients used, please ask a member of the Management Team. • Please note that car parking charges do apply. Please ask your Event Planner for more details • All F&B rates are quoted inclusive of applicable national and local taxes unless stated otherwise in the Event Agreement • Currently, national and local taxes on our rates are 20%. Please note that rates of tax are subject to change and you will be responsible for payment of taxes applicable at the time of your Event (as well as any rate increases resulting from tax increases). • You may not bring any outside food or drink into our Hotel for use during your event. • We reserve the right to change the venue of the event at our discretion.
