Christmas Party bedroom rates are per person, inclusive of bed and breakfast, and are based on two adults sharing a double or twin room. Single supplement applies at £35 per person per night and rooms are subject to availability. Deposit payment of £25 per person & must be paid in full by 3rd November 2025. Hogmanay Ceilidh Gala is for ages 12+. *50% off for children ages 12 to 16 years only applies when attending the gala or dining at the Kailyard with two paying adults. Early booking is advised and a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is required for the Hogmanay Ceilidh Gala package to secure booking. Hogmanay overnight rates are per person, inclusive of bed and breakfast, and are based on two adults sharing a double or twin room. Single supplements available online. Upgraded rooms available for a supplement. Full pre-payment for Hogmanay Ceilidh Gala package due no later than 1st December 2025. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. You are welcome to add to your booking at any time (subject to availability) but if you need to reduce numbers, you will not receive a refund and your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks or accommodation.
Bedrooms will be available for check in from 4pm on day of arrival. Pet fee £35 per stay. The hotel reserves the right to amend menu items and wine lists, offering alternatives should supply become limited. The menus included in this guide are samples only and are subject to change. Should you have any food allergies, please ask the organiser who will provide you with ingredients for each dish. All dietary information must be advised in writing to the venue at least 14 days prior to event. Any individual with allergens should check with the service staff on the evening to ensure all dietary requirements have been met. Dietary needs ordered on the evening will be charged as taken. The hotel reserves the right to change the artists advertised without prior notice in the event of force majeure, ill health or any forces beyond our control. All information is correct at time of going to press, but is subject to alteration. The hotel accepts no liability for any damage or loss of personal possessions. The hotel reserve the right the cancel any event. In this event, all payments received will be refunded.
