- Any dietary requirements for your party members are required three weeks prior to your event.
Ultimate Joiner Christmas Party Nights
- This is a joiner party. Please note you may be seated on tables with a different party, based on party numbers.
- Any advised dietary / allergy requirements will be carried across all courses.
- To qualify for the overnight stay discounts, this must be booked through the link which will be provided after purchasing tickets to the event.
- All dates are subject to availability.
- A per-person deposit is required to confirm attendance, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Strictly over 18s only.
- Final balance is required four weeks prior to your event.
NYE Midnight Ball
- Like most UK businesses, we are working closely with our suppliers to ensure we are able to deliver the advertised menu, however there may be changes to the products we serve on the day. We will inform you of any significant changes. - Alcohol may not be brought into or removed from any event at Hilton Newcastle Gateshead. Should any alcohol be brought on property, this will be removed. - Only alcohol purchased at Hilton Newcastle Gateshead can be consumed and is for on-property consumption only.

Allergies, intolerances and special dietary requirements
For those with allergies, intolerances and special dietary requirements who may wish to know about the ingredients used, please inform your event organiser. All produce is prepared in an area where allergens are present. Please note we are not a nut-free kitchen. For guests with additional dietary requirements, we are unable to confirm their bespoke menu until the day of the event.
