TERMS & CONDITIONS YOUR BOOKING

1. All monies paid to the hotel are non-transferable and non-refundable at the time of booking 2. If your party numbers decrease, the deposits which have already been paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. 3. All prices are Inc. VAT at the current rate. 4. Your Booking will not be confirmed until we have received 50% deposit per person 5. Christmas Parties and NYE– No under 18’s permitted. Adult only events. 6. All changes or cancellations must be advised in writing. 7. Please note guests will be asked to share tables with other guests for our Christmas 8. Final Balance – must be paid 4-6 weeks prior to arrival. 9. Menu’s are subject to change without prior notice. 10.A full food pre-order and table plan to be completed prior to arrival – and received by the team 21 days prior to your event date. The hotel to advise of the number of guests per table. 11.We will not accept any orders for pre-ordered beverage until we have received full pre-payment prior to your event. 12.Pre-orders returned to the Christmas co-ordinator at least 21 days prior to arrival. 13.Please advise the sales team of any dietary requirements ahead of your arrival. 14.Dress Code– ‘Dress to Impress’ Wedo not enforce a dress code but our guests choose to wear ‘smart’ attire.
