• A signed booking form is required upon confirmation with a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person. • You may cancel up to 10% of the original booking allocation up until Friday 6 th November, subject to forfeiture of the applicable deposit. Any additional cancellations thereafter shall incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the agreed Christmas package rate for each cancelled guest space. • Deposits for packages and menus cannot be used towards drinks packages, bar beverages or accommodation in the event of a reduction in numbers against the deposit paid. • The final balance for events is due by Friday 6th November 2026 with the exception of any bookings held in 2027. • Any bookings made after Friday 6th November 2026 will be required to pay the full amount upon the return of the signed agreement. • If menu options or specific dietary needs are required for your event, these need to be submitted two weeks as a minimum prior to the event date. Desired menu options may not be available on the night if not ordered at the point of booking. • Package pricing and menu options may be subject to change due to on-going food and drink market fluctuations and availability. • Any inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
