• For Joiner Parties, a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per person is required at time of booking confirmation • Should your party size decrease in numbers, payments (including deposit) cannot be offset against any food, beverage or overnight accommodation • In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the Event, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date or location will be offered (at the hotel’s discretion) without any further liability to the hotel or Hilton • For Joiner Party Nights, the final balance will be due on Monday 2 nd November. Any bookings made after this date will be required to pay the full balance at time of booking confirmation. In addition, any cancellations after this date will not be refunded • Party seating will apply to our Joiner Parties. Tables seat a maximum of 12. Therefore depending on the number in your party and the demand for this event it may be necessary to share a table with another party • For all private bookings, deposits, final payment dates and terms and conditions will be subject to the notes of the particular contract • Meal choices for private parties due at least 2 weeks prior, otherwise, hotel reserves the right to make it Chef’s choice. If you go ahead with a choice menu, a full table plan with menu choices and name cards with menu choices noted must be provided 2 weeks prior to arrival • Breakfast with Santa bookings require full pre-payment upon booking • For the Afternoon Tea bookings, payment will be required at the time of booking • If menu options or specific dietary needs are required for your event, these need to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event date • 'PB' denotes 'plant based' or 'vegan' dishes • 'V' denotes 'vegetarian' dishes
