FINE PRINTS
• Any dietary requirements for your party members are required two weeks prior to your event
• A £10 per-person deposit is required to confirm attendance, this is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Final payment is required four weeks prior to your event, this is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Key to the menu: (V) vegetarian, (PB) plant based/vegan
• All produce is prepared in an area where allergens are present. For those with allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements
who may wish to know about the ingredients used, please ask a member of the Management Team.
• Alcohol may not be brought into any events at Hilton York. Should any alcohol be brought on property, this will be removed.
• Only alcohol purchased at Hilton York can be consumed and this is on-property consumption only
