Hilton Cobham has three licensed ceremony spaces, the largest space
accommodating up to 220 guests. Our Outdoor terrace gazebo is available during
spring and summer months accommodating up to 60 guests
Hilton Cobham has 158 guest rooms including suites and wellness rooms.
Located just 25 miles from central London and 30 minutes from Gatwick airport
and Heathrow airport, this hotel is a great location for friends and family to
celebrate.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN DRINKS?
The clients or guests cannot bring any beverages into the allocated room for consumption
on the premises unless prior written consent of Hilton UK has been obtained and for which a
corkage charge will apply.
ARE FIREWORKS AND CONFETTI PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES?
Please note that fireworks are not permitted on hotel premises. Biodegradable confetti is
permitted outside the hotel. Candles are permitted if enclosed in a vase and base plate
which ensures no wax stains any linen.
I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS/ALLERGIES. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO
LET YOU KNOW?
Guests with dietary/allergies will be catered for. Please reach out to your event planner to
coordinate food options for your special day.
WHERE DO I HAVE MY INTERVIEW WITH THE REGISTRAR?
A private meeting room will be booked for you and the registrar.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK HILTON COBHAM AS A WEDDING
VENUE?
Anytime! We can take bookings for years in advance. However, we might not be able to
provide quotes if our prices have not been finalised yet. We usually have prices set for up to
2 years in advance. So, if you are looking to set a date further than 2 years in the future, we
can secure your date and take a deposit and then get in touch when the prices are released.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOOK AN OUTDOOR CEREMONY AND IT RAINS?
In case of bad weather on the day and another room is available, we can offer this change.
Options to guarantee a wet weather alternative is available at an additional charge.
Terms & Conditions
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hilton UK asks clients to be aware that wedding bookings are conducted on the basis of the following
CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
A provisional booking for the date of your choice will be held for 28 days. To confirm the booking Hilton Cobham
requires a written contract and a non-refundable deposit of £1,000.00. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of
the signed terms and conditions
Further payment is required as follows:
6 months prior - 50% of the outstanding balance
1 month prior – Remaining outstanding balance
Any additional costs must be settled on the day of the wedding. A credit/debit card must be taken in advance for
guarantee
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be in writing and a cancellation fee will apply.
A cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the total booking value and shown below:

The Hotel will endeavour to re-let the bedroom and function space and a reduction of the cancellation fee will be
made in the event the Hotel is successful in doing so.
A minimum number of guests must be confirmed in writing to the Hotel at the time of booking. It is this figure,
which will act as the chargeable number of guests to be paid for. Final numbers must be given to the Hotel at least
21 days prior to the wedding.
EVENING CELEBRATIONS
Where an evening celebration follows on from a daytime sit down meal with us, we ask that you cater for a
minimum of 90% of the evening guests. Should you not wish to provide catering, a room hire charge may be
applicable.
DAMAGE
The client is responsible to Hilton UK, for any damage caused by the client or his guests, agents, employee’s etc.

Hilton Cobham is pleased to offer competitive and guaranteed accommodation rates for guests attending your
Wedding and on agreeing your package, these bedrooms are offered at your agreed rates and can be booked in a
number of ways:
➢ Personalised Online Group – a basic webpage that enables you to send the web link to your guests so they
can arrange their own accommodation. This can also be customised with your special event details and
images; and with Guest List Manager you will be able to track who has arranged their accommodation at
any time.

CHECK-IN TIMES
Check-in time for accommodation is from 4.00pm. An early check in can be requested but not guaranteed. Check

There is ample parking available at a first come, first served basis.
Parking charged at the prevailing rate.
All Taxi’s should be pre -booked and cannot be guaranteed by the hotel.
